A New Chapter in Board Collaboration

When we founded Hippoly, we brought with us years of experience wrestling with ineffective collaboration tools. We’d seen it all - unstructured communication, endless email threads, scattered shared folders, and serious security gaps. These tools didn’t just slow things down - they made work frustrating. Nowhere was this more obvious than in boardrooms, where clarity, structure, and security are non-negotiable.

We realized that existing solutions simply weren’t built for modern board work. Organizations needed faster decision-making, more virtual meetings, and continuous dialogue - but without the high costs or complexity.

So we set out to build something better. Our goal was clear: create a platform that simplifies board work, is intuitive to use, and is accessible to organizations of every size. That vision became Hippoly - an innovative, dynamic solution purpose-built for boards today and tomorrow.
