A workspace is a dedicated space in Hippoly where a board, management team or other group can work in a structured way, separate from other teams. Users can be members of multiple workspaces at the same time and use the same account to switch between them.

It means you can create a workspace in Hippoly and use the service without time limits and at no cost. You get access to all functionality, with certain volume limitations such as storage. This allows you to get started and evaluate the service at your own pace before deciding whether to upgrade to a paid plan.

You upgrade by going to Settings for the relevant workspace while logged in to the service and selecting the Subscription tab. There you choose the plan you want to upgrade to and whether you prefer monthly or annual billing. You are not committed beyond the period you have paid for.

Payment is made in advance by invoice or card and applies to the billing period you have selected.

You can change or cancel your paid subscription at any time via the Subscription tab in the workspace settings while logged in. When upgrading, for example from Grow to Pro, the change takes effect immediately. When downgrading or cancelling, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period you have paid for. When downgrading or cancelling, features are adjusted according to the new plan, but all documents and data remain available. If you choose to delete the workspace entirely, you can export your files, records and posts beforehand.
