Actions

What gets decided gets done

Give actions an owner, a due date and reminders that send themselves. The next meeting starts with what got done, not what got forgotten.

One list the whole board sees

The board decides, the minutes go out, and six weeks later nobody’s sure who was doing what. In the meeting or between meetings, write each action down as you agree it, with an owner and a due date.

The list shows what’s still open, what’s overdue and what’s done. You know how things stand before anyone has to ask.

Owners and reminders

Who does what, and by when

Assign the action, set a due date and tick it off, all in the list.

The owner hears about it the moment it’s assigned and gets a reminder on the due date. If it runs late, the reminders keep coming. Nobody on the board has to do the chasing.

Sorting and grouping

Same list, different questions

Drag actions into your own order when there’s a sequence to follow. Group them by due date to see what’s urgent, or by owner before a catch-up to see what’s on each person’s plate.

When the list gets long, search for the action you need.

Actions in the meeting

Add actions during the meeting

The meeting page has its own actions panel, beside the agenda and the minutes. Set an owner and a due date without leaving the page. At the next meeting, tick off what’s done in the same panel.

Everything you add there goes onto the board’s list automatically. There’s nothing to type up after the meeting.

My actions

All your actions in one list

If you sit on several boards, My actions saves you checking each one. Everything assigned to you appears in one list, and when you tick an action off there, it updates in the workspace it came from.

You can add private actions too, visible only to you.
