Ask hi about your documents, agendas and minutes, and it answers from what’s already in Hippoly, with nothing to copy and paste. It summarises, drafts and searches. Then hi pushes back, asking what the board may have missed and testing the reasoning before you take a position.

The proposal goes to the board on Friday. Write it in Hippoly, and hi helps you find the words, sharpen the argument and get the tone and structure right. Select a passage and hi fixes the grammar, shortens it or translates it.

An agenda from a single sentence
Tell hi what the meeting is about, and it proposes the whole agenda, sub-items included. Then make it yours. hi helps you shape the agenda and spot the questions the board should take up.

It sets up actions, meetings and documents the same way, and drafts the minutes of a written resolution, ready for signing. Before hi creates a meeting, an action or a document, it shows you a preview and waits for your go-ahead.

AI that keeps your board in control
Hippoly Intelligence, the AI behind hi, runs on Azure OpenAI Service. Everything happens in Hippoly’s infrastructure within the EU. Your data is never used to train AI models, and it is not shared outside the Hippoly environment. Your organisation decides how AI is used:
- Your workspace administrators switch the AI features on or off.
- Each user decides when to use AI.
- AI cannot access the board’s documents without explicit approval.
- Conversations with AI are anonymous and never shared with others.
