Fair pricing for every board

A workspace is where one board, management team or other group works in Hippoly, separate from other workspaces. You can be a member of several workspaces and switch between them with the same account.

Nonprofits have their own, lower price list. Billed annually, Grow costs 35 EUR and Pro 60 EUR a month. Billed monthly, it’s 42 and 72 EUR. E-signing of minutes is included from Grow. Businesses pay 75 EUR for Grow and 125 EUR for Pro, billed annually. Grow and Pro are priced per workspace, however big the board is. All prices exclude VAT.

Create a workspace and use Hippoly free for as long as you like. You can try every feature, with limits of two meetings, one e-signature and 50 MB storage. Take your time getting started, then upgrade when you need more.

Sign in as the workspace owner or an admin, open the workspace settings and go to the Subscription tab. Choose the plan and whether you want to pay monthly or annually. You’re not committed beyond the period you’ve paid for.

You pay in advance for the billing period you choose, by invoice or card.

The workspace owner or an admin can change or cancel the subscription from the Subscription tab in the workspace settings. An upgrade, say from Grow to Pro, takes effect straight away. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. If the workspace uses more than the new plan allows, such as storage, you’ll need to reduce that first. You then have the features of the new plan, and your documents and data stay where they are. If you decide to delete the workspace altogether, you can export your files, actions and posts first.
