HIPPOLY FREE IS FREE – WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
When you create an account and a workspace on Hippoly, you’ll get access to the features included in the Free plan. You can use the service on the Free plan at no cost for an unlimited time. You’ll also get limited access to all features, so you can calmly evaluate whether you need to upgrade to one of the paid plans.
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
If your needs go beyond what’s included in the Free plan, you can easily upgrade to the Grow or Pro plan. To do so, go to Settings for the workspace when logged in, and click the Subscription tab. You can choose between a 1-month or 12-month subscription – and you’re only committed for the period you’ve paid for.
WHAT BILLING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment is made in advance by invoice, and you pay for the subscription period you’ve selected.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you wish to cancel or downgrade a paid plan, you can do so at anytime under the Subscription Settings. The change will take effect when your current paid period ends. Some features will be deactivated, but all your documents and data will remain intact. Of course, you can also choose to permanently delete your workspace – in that case, we’ll delete everything as soon as we receive your confirmation.
